🔄 Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policy
We at Kinder Land Kid Shop strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation

2. Returns and Replacement Policy
All return requests must be raised within 7 (Seven) days of the delivery date.
A. Conditions for Valid Return
A product is eligible for return/replacement only if it meets one of the following criteria:
- Damaged: The product was physically damaged upon receipt.
- Defective: The product is faulty or not working correctly.
- Wrong Item: The product delivered is different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong model, color, or item).
- Missing Parts: The product is incomplete or has missing accessories.
B. General Conditions for Return
For a return to be successfully processed, the item must comply with all the following conditions:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging (including the original brand/manufacturer box).
- All original accessories, tags (including the MRP tag), labels, manuals, and freebies must be included.
- A copy of the invoice/bill must be provided.
C. Non-Returnable Products (Exclusions)
Due to hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following products are strictly not eligible for return or exchange:

| Stationery | Used notebooks, opened packs of pens/pencils, adhesive products (e.g., glue sticks). |
| Clearance/Sale Items | Products purchased during final clearance sales or marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page. |
| Opened Items | Any sealed Toys/Games/Gadgets where the original seal/packaging has been broken or tampered with. |
3. Refund Process and Timeline
Once your returned item is received at our warehouse and passes the necessary quality check (QC), we will process your refund.

Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. The refund amount will only cover the cost of the returned product(s). As we use Razorpay, all prepaid refunds are securely handled via their system.
4. Return Shipping
- Reverse Pickup: In most cases where the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.
- Self-Ship: If reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, you will be required to ship the product back to us. We will reimburse the standard shipping cost (up to a fixed amount, e.g., ₹100 or 10% of the product price, whichever is lower) upon receipt of the courier receipt.
