📑 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation (Before Dispatch)The order can be fully cancelled by contacting Customer Care – +91 6379648323 before the product has been dispatched. A full refund will be initiated.
Cancellation (After Dispatch)The order cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may refuse delivery, and the standard return policy applies once the item is received back at the warehouse.
Return WindowEasy Returns: Please report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. Note: A complete unboxing video is required to process returns for damaged or incorrect products.
Eligibility for ReturnReturns are accepted only for Damaged, Defective, Wrong Item, or Missing Parts.
General Return ConditionsThe product must be unused, unwashed, in a resalable condition, and include original packaging, tags (including MRP tag), and accessories.
Non-Returnable ProductsHygiene items, personal care products, used stationery, and products with broken seals/tampered packaging are strictly non-returnable.
Refund Method (Prepaid)Refunded to the original source of payment (via Razorpay).
Refund NoteShipping charges are non-refundable.
