    • Your unique tracking number.

5. Delivery Issues and Exceptions

  • Damaged/Tampered Packaging: If you believe the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately. If you have accepted a damaged package, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery if the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete. Please ensure the shipping address is accurate during checkout.
  • Multiple Shipments: Depending on the size, weight, and availability of items ordered (e.g., if you order from both Toys & Games and Gifts & Home Decors), your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will be provided with separate tracking details for each shipment.
